Center for Authentic Living is a center serving the Northwest Suburban area that specializes in holistic mental health care. Using a range of mental health and wellness modalities, we help you address your symptoms while working with you to get to the root of your problem. We offer mental health treatment, CBT, IFS, EMDR, DBT, somatic psychotherapy, trauma educated and focused, energy healing including acupuncture, reiki, shiatsu bodywork, acupressure, and healing touch. Blending eastern and western modalities for body mind spirit. At CFAL you can come for any of our services from our clinical care team or go deeper and benefit from working with a primary therapist along with other modalities within our care team. We treat the whole person!
