J.McLaughlin's Palm Desert store is located on El Paseo, the main shopping strip of the city. You can find us just across the street from Armando's Mexican Restaurant. Palm Desert is a resort destination situated just 20 minutes away from beautiful Palm Springs. Many visitors come from all over including Canada, the Pacific Northwest, and of course, Los Angeles. After an early morning round of golf, visit The Fix for incredible homemade baked goods. Stroll down El Paseo's shopping district for window shopping local boutiques, and then grab lunch at Café des Beaux Arts, a charming Parisian-style inspired French bistro. After spending the afternoon checking out the designer art galleries, pop into the AC3 Restaurant & Bar for delicious bites and a Palm Desert-inspired cocktail. For evenings out, stop into Mastro's Steakhouse for great wine, a superb dinner, and wonderful local entertainment. For a romantic night out, Jillian's Restaurant is a special place to experience eclectic cuisines from many European countries, along with Gerald Ford's favorite dish!. The store participates in weekly fashion shows at Mitch's on El Paseo, the annual "Paint El Paseo Pink" 10k walk for breast cancer awareness every October, and "Classic Cars Under the Stars" on the 1st Friday of every month.
