To alleviate some of the barriers in today’s healthcare environment that interfere with my ability to practice this way, I have collaborated with Castle Connolly Private Health Partners, LLC (CCPHP), to create a new concierge program called Gilban CCPHP. The program provides my patients with a wide variety of membership amenities to enhance their care experience, such as the innovative SENS Solution® Wellness Program, which includes a personal health coach who collaborates with me to optimize my patients’ wellbeing.

The patient-physician relationship is what I value the most as a practitioner. With this concierge model, I will be able to provide a connected, convenient, collaborative care approach on a more ongoing and consistent basis.
