A compilation of rice, nori, a protein and a sauce, the menu is straightforward yet far from predictable. The concept was created by a mysterious, internationally acclaimed chef who is known for setting up his pop-up kitchen unannounced, never revealing his name or face. Regardless of his elusive nature, crowds form and enjoy his colorful set up of homemade sauces and creative rolls. Now, he is excited to serve Miami his eclectic cuisine at Julia & Henry’s.
