Hours: Primary Care: Monday – Thursday 7:00 am to 7:00 pm (appointment only) Behavioral Health: Monday – Friday 7:00 am to 7:00 pm (appointment only) Medicated Assisted Treatment Program: Monday – Friday: 4:30 am – 12 pm, Saturday: 6 am – 12 pm.
