We want everyone to have a comfortable and enjoyable visit to our shop. Here’s what you can expect when you visit us:
Our shop is located on a busy high street.
There is one small step at the entrance, a portable ramp is available on request.
Our space is cosy, and can get busy at peak times, but our team is always happy to help with navigation. Our team can bring a remote till to you so you can complete your purchase wherever you’re most comfortable.
Our products and testers are dispersed around the shop and are at different heights. Staff are happy to bring products to you for closer look or try out when you're in the shop.
The shop is partially wheelchair accessible. A portable ramp is available for access to the shop, and there is limited turning space near the till area.
No customer toilet in-store.
Assistance and support dogs are always welcome in our shop.
