Wir sind ein Designstudio mit den Schwerpunkten Produkt-, Farb- und Ornamentdesign. Alle Ornamente der Designerin Dr. Elke Wagner können als Tapete, auf Teppichboden, anderen Materialien oder als Kunstdruck gefertigt werden. Alles auf Kundenwunsch! Ergänzend zu unserer digitalen künstlerischen Arbeit haben wir eine kleine Papeterie mit in Braunschweig handgefertigten Produkten, vorwiegend Karten und Einladungen.
Founded by Dr. Elke Wagner, the crossoverdesign Studio is located in the historic center of Braunschweig. Elke loves ornaments from all countries and cultures. Her eye-catching designs reinterpret the traditional into the modern with the help of computer graphics. She constantly explores new methods for creating complex ornamentations, from handmade mosaics to calculated algorithms, using a combination of mechanical and digital drawing techniques.
The ornamental wallpaper collections of Elke Wagner have been honoured with the Red Dot Design Award. The three collections were also among German Design Award nominees. Elke developed a new table system with the Wolfsburg AG Innovation Campus. For the table system she was honoured with the Home Style Award 2017 China for “Supreme Functionality“ at interiorlifestyle in Shanghai. Dr. Wagner was also honoured with the High-Tech Accelerator 2018 award of the Open Hybrid Lab Factory (OHLF) in Wolfsburg, the hometown of Volkswagen. This award is given to innovative product concepts related to the use of hybrid components. The OHLF is a research campus that is part of the German federal government´s high-tech strategy, linking strong partners from science and industry under one roof in order to accelerate research and development processes.
