Unser Sortiment umfasst von Reis, über getrocknete & frische Nudeln (Udon, Ramen, Soba), Snacks, Tee (Grüntee) bis Würzmittel (Sojasaucen, Misopasten, Brühpulver...) vieles was man für die japanische Küche braucht. Ergänzt wird es durch ausgewählte japanische Spirituosen und Geschirr. Des weiteren werden monatliche Kochkurse angeboten. Wöchentlich wird auch Natto hergestellt (gerne vorbestellen).
